Appointments can be made online (recommended) or by calling the clinic.
All appointments must be paid for in advance prior to the treatment taking place and in any event at least 24 hours before the treatment takes place.
To book online, select the date and time of your chosen treatment. You will be taken to a payment screen to complete payment for your booking.
To book via phone, please discuss a suitable date and time for your treatment. Payment will then be taken over the phone via debit or credit card.
Please note that: last minute appointments made on the day are still subject to our 24hour cancellation policy and therefore cannot be cancelled.
I.e. an appointment is made on Saturday at 9am for 11am. The client has made contact at 10.30am and would like to cancel or change the appointment. Unfortunately, alterations cannot be made to the appointment as the time slot has been pre-prepared to serve the client and in most instances, other patients may have been refused in order to accommodate this.
