Booking a New Appointment
Appointments can be made in advance or on the day.
Please note: appointments that are made last minute or on the day are still subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy and therefore cannot be cancelled.
An example of this may be:
An appointment that is made on Saturday at 9am for 11am.
The client has made contact at 10.30am and would like to cancel or change the appointment that was made on the same day, for the same day. Unfortunately, alterations cannot be made to the appointment. The time slot has been allocated and pre-prepared to serve the client and in most instances, other patients would have been refused in order to accommodate this.
Booking and Paying for an appointment
All treatments must be booked via this website. If booking online, a deposit is taken upon the booking process. The remaining balance can be paid within the clinic. The remaining treatment balance is to be paid in full at the end of each and every appointment.
The booking system will include the request of a non-refundable £1.50 administration fee. Deposits can be refunded to you if you contact us directly to cancel your booking 24hours in advance. If we are closed, you must leave a voice message on 0208 655 7058 or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24hours of the start of your treatment. If this is not done within 24hours, you will automatically be charged for the full fee of your appointment.
TELEPHONE or ONSITE Bookings
The full fee of any treatment will be requested at the point of booking if you request an appointment online or in person.
These terms and conditions shall be the only terms of contract between MySkin UK Limited and the client.
No other conditions shall have effect unless agreed in writing.
Booking a New Patient Electrolysis, Body or Skin Examination Consultation
The purpose of these consultations is to allow the practitioner to examine the area(s) to be treated and to assess the patients suitability for any ongoing treatment.
It is an opportunity for the practitioner to explain the treatment objectives and options that are available and where necessary, perform a patch test prior to any ongoing treatment. This is mandatory for patients wishing to consider Electrolysis hair removal, Laser treatment or any other treatment requiring patch testing or further consultation as well as for patients who consider themselves to have highly sensitive or specialist skin conditions.
Please arrive on time for your appointments. You will be asked to complete a clinic registration form and answer some questions prior to your arrival. You may wish to ask questions and a suitable treatment plan will be advised to you.
Cancelling or changing an existing appointment
CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN EXISTING APPOINTMENT:
ALL appointments require 24hrs notice to cancel an appointment.
ALL appointments cancelled, missed or broken without 24 hours notice will incur the FULL FEE of each missed appointment that has been booked, which will become payable in full and prior to any further appointments made. This is also outlined within the Patient Registration Form and at the time of making a booking online.
Patients who have a course of treatment will have a session deducted from the course package.
Deposits can be refunded to you if you contact us directly to cancel your booking 24hours in advance.
If we are closed, you must leave a voice message on 0208 655 7058 or send us an email to email@example.com within 24hours of the start of your treatment. If this is not done within 24hours, you will automatically be charged for the full fee of your appointment.
The practitioner reserves the right to safely treat any patient for the remainder of their allocated appointment time that they have paid for unless where there is less than 10 mins remaining or where it may not be suitable or safe to provide the patient with the remaining reduced treatment time.
Patients who arrive late may not be able to be seen and will be asked to pay the full price for their missed appointment or late arrival.
Upon receipt of full payment for the missed or late arrival appointment, the patient can make another appointment online.
It may be necessary to make adaptations to the treatment and/or reduce the patients treatment length in order for the clinic to run smoothly and for other patients to be seen on time.

Visitors and guests
Welcome to MySkin UK.
We have a modest seating area for our patients. Please be mindful of loud conversations, mobile phones, etc.
Visitors, friends, family and accompaniments
We politely request that friends or family wait outside of the clinic. We are authorised to only permit two patients at any one time in the waiting area, inclusive of patients waiting or receiving treatment who require to be seated.
Visitors, friends, family and accompaniments will not be permitted into the treatment room with the patient.
Young children and babies
Young children and babies are welcome for the purposes of receiving treatments or consultations themselves. We have a range of large and potentially dangerous devices that could be harmful to young children if unsupervised in the treatment room and surrounding spaces within the clinic.
Where absolutely necessary that a young child must attend, they must remain with you at all times and should not be left in the reception, waiting areas or with any designated members of our staff.
Young children and babies must be supervised to prevent causing disruption or distraction to treatments within the facility.
Refunds are not provided for any treatments that have been provided and they are not given for any appointments that have been missed.
Exchanges for products can be made within 1 month from purchase providing that the product remains within its original packaging and is in a clean condition with all seals intact. Products which have been opened, tried or tested will not be accepted for return due to health and safety. We strongly recommend trying samples of your desired products where possible to avoid any reactions.
Payment may be made by:
- Credit or Debit card.
- Direct bank payment.
- Cash payment.
In all cases, full settlement must be received at the point of treatment and before the order or dispatch of goods.
